1. Commissions for on Online Masterclass & Live Techniques Intensive

• Online Masterclass on its own : Your school earns a 25% commission ($300 per student).

• 4-Day Live Techniques Intensive if purchased separately: Your school earns a 25% commission ($236 per student). Remember, the online Masterclass is a prerequisite for the live class.

• Online and Live Package Bonus: Your school earns a 30% commission. ($600 per student).

• Your Affiliate Dashboard shows the basic transactions from your students.

• On the 15th of each month we'll send an updated sales report and any payout you are due.   
  
  
  

• Commission Payments: Commissions are paid monthly on the 15th via PayPal or Zelle.

• Accessing Reports: Each month we will send you a .csv file you can view on any spreadsheet program with your past month's transaction details:
  who, what, when, how much, and what commissions are do you.

• What if the Offer is a Subscription? If your graduates choose to pay their tuition using one of our convenient 6 or 12-month installment plans, your commissions will also be spread out over time.

• Refunds: We offer a 30-day, no-questions-asked refund policy provided the student returns all course materials to us - postage paid, which is rarely called on.
  
  If a purchase tracked to you is refunded because a student backed, out the associated commission will be debited from your new payout and reversed in your report to reflect a zero amount.
  
  There is always a potential that student on an installment plan stops making payments. We cannot force anyone to continue of they choose not to. Generally we are very forgiving and patient as life does get in the way sometimes. Certificates are held until installment plans are complete. If a student is non-responsive we can close their access to the online course.

• Live Class Enrollment: A minimum of 10 students is required 60 days prior to the live class for confirmation. If not met, students may receive a full refund or roll over to the next available date.

• Scheduling, Escrow, and Confirmation of Live Techniques Intensive

Tentative Scheduling: Live Techniques Intensives are tentatively scheduled 12 to 18 months in advance to allow students at lease 5 months to complete the online Masterclass prerequisite. 

Minimum Enrollment Requirement: Each session requires a minimum enrollment of 10 students to proceed.

Escrow: Tuition paid in full or through installments to Health Matters Seminars towards a live class will be held in escrow until the live class reaches the 10 students required to confirm the class.

Confirmation Notification: Affiliates and registered students will receive confirmation of the live class at least 60 days prior to the scheduled date. With confirmation, commissions previously held in escrow will be paid out to the affiliate. 

Insufficient Enrollment: If the minimum enrollment is not met at least 60 days prior to the scheduled date, registered students will be notified and provided with options to transfer to a future session or receive a full return of the funds that have been held in escrow.

1. 5-Month Online Masterclass

• Content: A comprehensive, standalone 72-hour immersion program focused on advanced clinical skills in medical massage therapy.

• Scheduling: The online masterclass typically takes five months to complete, so we must allow students time to prepare for the live class.

2. Optional 4-Day Live Techniques Intensive

• Content: A hands-on training component offering 28 live CE hours to earn certification.

• Pre-requisite: Completion of the online masterclass.

• Scheduling: Schools will reserve two mutually agreeable 4-day blocks -12 and 18 months out - pending registration of at least 10 students. If the minimum is not met 60 days prior, the reservation will be released. Students may roll over to the next available class or receive a refund.

• Capacity: Up to 20 students can be accommodated if your space permits. 

Flexibility: Students can enroll in the online masterclass alone and add the optional 4-day Techniques Intensive for Certification later, OR save by registering for both with a special package discount. Affiliates earn more for Package Registrations too. Six and twelve-month installment plans available.

Instructor Qualifications

• Experienced Instructors: All live classes are taught by highly qualified instructors with extensive experience in clinical massage therapy. This ensures that students receive high-quality, practical instruction tailored to advanced techniques.

• Tuition: $1600 (before discount). Affiliate schools offer graduates an exclusive 25% discount, reducing student tuition to $1200 (save $400).

• Pay in Full: $1200

• Installment Plans: Six x $212 or twelve x $112 monthly payments, including a recurring $12 transaction fee. Installment plan transactions for the Masterclass and the Live Intensive can be combined for convenience and savings (see below). Lump sum payoffs are welcomed.

2. 4-Day Live Techniques Intensive (on its own)

• Tuition: $1260 (before discount). Affiliate schools offer graduates an exclusive 25% discount, reducing student tuition to $945 (save $315).

• Pay in Full: $945

• Installment Plans: Six x $170 or twelve x $91 monthly payments, including a recurring $12 transaction fee. Installment plan transactions for the Masterclass and the Live Intensive can be combined for convenience and savings (see below). Lump sum payoffs are welcomed.

3. BEST DEAL: Online and Live Package (Bonus 30% Discount: Save an additional $143 for a total savings of $858)

• Tuition: $2860 (before school discount). Affiliate schools offer graduates an exclusive bonus 30% Package Discount, reducing student tuition to $2002 (save an additional $143 for a total savings of $858).

Student Agreement for Online Masterclass and Live 4-Day Techniques Intensive

By registering for the Online Masterclass and/or reserving a seat in the Live 4-Day Techniques Intensive, I acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

Refund Policy for Online Masterclass

30-Day No-Questions-Asked Refund: I understand that Health Matters Seminars offers a 30-day, no-questions-asked refund policy. To receive a refund, I must return all course materials at my expense. After this 30-day period, no refunds will be issued. This policy allows me to assess if the course aligns with my expectations within the initial period.

Personal Use Agreement: I agree that my access to the class website and all course materials, including workbooks and downloadable videos, is for my personal use only. I will not share my password or duplicate and distribute any content associated with this course.

Ongoing Access: I understand that even after completing the online course, I will have ongoing access to the course website and that at any time I can easily download all the course videos for my own personal use only.

Installment Plan Commitment

Mutual Good Faith: I acknowledge that unforeseen circumstances may affect my ability to adhere to the original installment payment plan. I appreciate Health Matters Seminars' and their affiliates' commitment to working with me in good faith to accommodate my needs. If I encounter challenges in meeting my payment schedule, I will promptly contact the support team to discuss flexible solutions that honor my commitment and align with my current situation.

Certificate Issuance and Installment Plans: I understand that even upon completing all six tests in the Online Masterclass, my Certificate of Achievement for 72 NCBTMB approved "Home-study" CE Hours will be withheld until my installment plan is fulfilled.

Similarly, if I employ an installment plan for my tuition for the live 4-day Techniques Intensive my Certificate of Achievement for 28 NCBTMB approved "Live" CE Hours and my Certification in Medical Massage from Health Matters Seminars will be withheld until my installment plan is fulfilled.

Masterclass and Live Techniques Intensive Certification Package

Prerequisite Requirement: Attending a Live Techniques Intensive requires the successful completion of the Online Masterclass.

Completion Timeline: The Online Masterclass is designed to be completed over approximately five months. I may progress faster or slower, provided it is completed before the scheduled Live Techniques Intensive.

Completion Assistance: I agree to contact the support team for assistance in completing the Online Masterclass within the recommended timeframe.

Policies for Live Classes

Tentative Scheduling: Live Techniques Intensives are tentatively scheduled 12 to 18 months in advance.

Minimum Enrollment Requirement: Each 4-day class requires a minimum enrollment of 10 students to proceed.

Tuition Coverage: Tuition covers the class only and excludes travel and accommodations.

Securing Enrollment: To reserve my seat in a Live Techniques Intensive, I have two options:

Payment if Full: Most cost-effective choice

6 or 12-month Installment Plan: includes a recurring $15 transaction fee. 

Escrow Policy: Deposits or tuition paid in full or through installments to Health Matters Seminars for a live class will be held in escrow until the class reaches the required 10 students for confirmation. If the class is not confirmed, these funds will be promptly refunded to the student.

Confirmation Notification: I will receive notice of confirmation or cancellation of the live class at least 60 days prior to the scheduled date.

Prerequisite Completion Requirement: I will complete the Online Masterclass in its entirety prior to attending the Live Techniques Intensive.

Non-Completion Consequence: If I fail to complete the Online Masterclass before the scheduled date of the Live Techniques Intensive, I understand that I will not be permitted to attend the live class and may forfeit all or a portion of my tuition as detailed below.  I may, however, submit a written request to [email protected] to transfer my enrollment to a future session upon completion of the prerequisite, subject to availability and a $35 processing fee.

Refund for Insufficient Enrollment: If the minimum enrollment is not met at least 60 days prior to the scheduled date or the class is canceled for any reason, I will be notified and provided options to transfer to a future session with no additional fees, or receive a full refund of my funds held in escrow.

Other Refund Policies:
Within 7 days: Beyond the 30-day Masterclass trial, if I add the live class to my existing tuition package, I am eligible for a 100% refund if I cancel within 7 days of purchase. After this period, no refunds will be issued.

More than 60 Days Before Class: If for any reason, including not completing the Masterclass prerequisite, I cancel more than 60 days before the class, I may transfer to another class with no additional fees, provided space is available.

Less than 60 Days Before Class: If for any reason, including not completing the Masterclass prerequisite, I cancel less than 60 days before the class, I may transfer 50% of my tuition to another class, subject to availability.

Less than 7 Days Before Class: If for any reason, including not completing the Masterclass prerequisite, I cancel less than 7 days before the class, I forfeit my full tuition, unless I have a personal medical emergency documented by a signed statement from a licensed healthcare provider, submitted to [email protected].

Regular Updates: I will receive periodic updates regarding enrollment numbers and the status of the Live Techniques Intensive.

Dispute Resolution: In the event of any dispute arising out of or relating to this agreement, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through good faith negotiation. If the dispute remains unresolved after 30 days, the parties shall submit the dispute to mediation administered by a mutually agreed-upon (AAA or comparable) mediator. Each party shall bear its own costs, and the parties shall share equally the fees and expenses of the mediator. If the dispute is not resolved through mediation within 60 days, either party may pursue litigation in accordance with applicable law.

• Additional Revenue Stream: By partnering with us, you can earn significant commissions from each student enrolled in both the online masterclass and the live intensive. You can earn up to $600 per student, creating a valuable additional revenue stream.

• Enhanced School Reputation: Offering advanced training in medical massage therapy helps position the school as a leader in the industry, demonstrating a commitment to providing high-quality, advanced education.

• Attract and Retain Graduates: Offering these advanced courses helps the school stay connected with alumni by providing ongoing learning opportunities, increasing alumni engagement and retention.

  • A coupon code offers your graduates an exclusive 25% discount - that's a bigger discount than what we offer the general public. Your graduates applying your coupon code at checkout ensures that your commission is credited, even if cookies are blocked or cleared.

  • Unlike cookies, coupon codes never expire and can be used repeatedly—making them an excellent way to encourage purchases.

• Planning Timeline: Since the online masterclass takes approximately five months to complete, schools and students should plan well in advance to ensure adequate preparation time for the live class. Scheduling should account for the prerequisite nature of the masterclass.

• Built-in Flexibility: Two Live classes are best scheduled 12 and 18 months out to give students time to finish the online prerequisite, providing rollover flexibility if they are not complete.
