The prices below include the Princess Plus package which includes: Beverage Package (up to $15ea), Wi-Fi (1 device), pre-paid Gratuities, Premium desserts (2/day), Fitness classes (2/cruise), and unlimited juice bar. Port fees, taxes, trip protection, and transfers are added to the price which is why it is slightly higher than Princess's brochure. Inside Cabin based on double occupancy - Balcony Cabin and Single Occupancy available on request.

Thanks for your registration to our 4 Day Techniques Intensive. This course contains 28 CE hours approved by NCBTMB. Most states accept CE hours approved by NCBTMB. Let me know if your state does not accept NCBTMB Providers.
The course begins at 9:00 AM and ends at 5:00 PM all four days. The classroom will be open at 8:30 AM. Lunch will be from 12:30-1:30 on your own. No video or audio taping. Please bring beverages and snacks in your survival kit for the Intensive, which can be intensive. We will have a water station in our classroom. You are welcome to bring healthy snacks to share with the group.
Tuition is for the class only, exclusive of travel and accommodations. Barring unforeseen circumstances, these classes are confirmed. 100% refund if you cancel within 7 days of purchase, otherwise we do not refund tuition. If you cancel attending a class more the 60 days before the class you may roll over to another class. If you cancel attending a class less the 60 days before the class you may roll over 50% of your tuition to another class. Full forfeiture if you cancel attending a class less the 7 days before the class, unless you have a documented, personal medical emergency.
Please bring to class:
1. If you are driving to class; therapy table with cover sheet, round bolster and rolling stool if possible.
Hotel will supply towels and pillows. Let me know if you cannot bring a table.
2. All students bring an oversize cotton T-shirt with sleeves and cotton yoga or sweat pants to be worn during hands-on practice. Please cut the neck ribbing out of the T shirt to allow for neck work. A well worn solid dark color, over the hip in length works best; something you will be comfortable receiving treatment in without a bra. No tank tops, cleavage, spandex or denim please.
3. All students bring manual, L-Bars, goniometer & Tri-Measure.
4. A sweater/jacket. Hotel meeting rooms can be unpredictably cold.
5. A completed Health Intake Questionnaire located on page 4 & 5 of the MMT VI Manual, noting what your tissue issues are with a focus on any contraindications. These forms will be consulted as you change treatment partners during the four days.
6. Thermophore Moist Heat Pad. One per table would be ideal.
7. Your favorite chemical cold pack, 5' x 7’ or similar.
8. Your bio on your training and experience, including business card, brochure, flyer etc.
